Brendan Lyons

Brendan Lyons is a first-year setter and outside hitter at McMaster University, studying Business. Coming out of Pakmen Volleyball Club, Brendan earned a national championship and was named a National All-Star in his 18U season. He is excited to join the AIRTIME coaching staff for the first time, bringing his experience as a high-level athlete to the athletes he works with this summer.

Haben Yohannes

Haben Yohannes is a former McMaster Men's Varsity Volleyball athlete with three OUA Championships and a USports Bronze medal. He is also the Executive Director at AIRTIME, playing a key role in expanding the organization's reach and impact. Beyond AIRTIME and volleyball, Haben served as President of the Black Student-Athlete Council, and the McMaster Students’ Union Director of Diversity and Equity, spearheading initiatives that promote inclusivity and advocacy in sport and beyond. Quinn Levinson

Quinn Levinson is the General Manager and Communications Lead at AIRTIME, helping shape the program around player development, high-level training, and a genuine love for the game. His volleyball background includes time with the McMaster Men's Volleyball team, Team Ontario, and the Youth National Team, bringing a valuable perspective to his role managing and enhancing AIRTIME's training approach. Outside of volleyball, Quinn is completing a degree in Communication Studies, which he applies directly to overseeing AIRTIME's communications strategy. He is committed to helping AIRTIME continue to grow while supporting young athletes in reaching their full potential. Honours: - 2x USports Academic All-Canadian (2022-2023 & 2023-2024)

Madison Seo

Madison Seo is a third-year Kinesiology student at the University of Waterloo, originally from Ancaster, Ontario. Her playing background includes time with Halton Hurricanes and multiple Team Ontario selections, including the 2023 Canada Summer Games and TORP 1. Beyond her playing experience, Madison has built a strong foundation in coaching, having served as an assistant coach at Westmount Secondary School and a camp counsellor at MVP Volleyball Camp. She is excited to be returning to the AIRTIME coaching staff, bringing both her competitive background and her genuine passion for working with young athletes.

Ashton Fox-Kristensen

Ashton is a second-year middle blocker at McMaster University, studying Humanities. His volleyball background includes time with the Kitchener-Waterloo Predators and participation in Team Ontario programs. He is excited to be returning to the AIRTIME coaching staff, eager to bring his experience and passion for the game to the athletes he works with this summer.

Nanle Yusuf

Nanle is a graduate student at Brock University studying Medical Sciences, competing as an outside hitter on the Brock men's volleyball program. His playing background includes time with Storm Volleyball Club and Team Ontario programs. He is excited to join the AIRTIME coaching staff this summer, bringing his experience as a high-level athlete to the athletes he works with.

Brianne Whalen is a third-year libero at Brock University, studying Sport Management. Her competitive career includes three OUA Championships and a USports Bronze medal, bringing a wealth of high-level experience to her coaching. Known for her high energy and direct, relevant feedback, Brianne is returning to the AIRTIME coaching staff and is excited to share her passion for the game with the athletes she works with.

Payton Entwistle

Payton Entwistle is a former setter at McMaster who has been playing volleyball since she was 11. Earning her coaching certification early in her rep years, she has since built experience working with a wide range of age groups, including at the rep level. Payton has always been passionate about developing the sport and helping young athletes find a genuine love for the game. Payton is looking forward to helping athletes understand what it takes to compete at a higher level and to be a positive presence in their development.

Gladys Munge

Gladys Munge is a former Kenyan Olympic-level national team player turned coach, bringing over 10 years of experience developing athletes at the highest levels of the game. Specializing in player development and high-performance training across both indoor and beach volleyball, she has led teams to national and international success, including gold medal finishes. Gladys is committed to shaping the next generation of volleyball players through leadership, strategy, and meaningful athlete mentorship.

Lauren MacPhail

Lauren MacPhail is a third-year student-athlete at Queen's University, playing middle on the varsity volleyball team while studying Economics. With over 10 years of competitive experience, including Team Ontario, Canada Summer Games, and a national championship with MVC at 18U, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the court. Lauren is excited to be returning to the AIRTIME staff as a specialized middle blocker coach, passionate about sharing her experience with the next generation of athletes. Claire Carter

Claire Carter is a second-year student-athlete on the Queen's varsity women's volleyball team, studying Commerce at the Smith School of Business. With over 10 years of competitive experience, Claire has represented Canada at the U19 NORCECA Championship and won a national championship with MVC at 18U, where she was awarded tournament MVP. She is excited to be returning to the AIRTIME coaching staff to share her knowledge and help athletes grow their skills and confidence on the court. Throughout her career, she's had the privilege of training under incredible coaches who have shaped her into the player and person she is today. Michael Rendulic is a 3rd year middle on the McMaster Men's Volleyball team, studying Humanities with a major in History. With a background in competitive volleyball and a passion for the game, he's thrilled to pass on his experience to the next generation of athletes. He believes a great coach should embody leadership, positivity, and a commitment to player development, and he's eager to bring all three to the court this summer.

Maxime Gratton is a current student-athlete at the University of Toronto, pursuing a Master’s in Developmental Psychology & Education, combining his background in social psychology with elite playing experience to create effective training environments for youth athletes. His volleyball career includes selection to Canada's Youth, Junior, and Next Gen National Team programs, three OUA championships, and a USports Bronze medal. At AIRTIME, he leads the development of the training environment that sets the program apart, integrating holistic developmental frameworks combined with technical skill development through age-specific progression frameworks. Quintin Greenidge

Quintin Greenidge is a libero from Hamilton, Ontario, most recently competing with the University of Windsor Lancers before signing with the University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team for the 2026 NCAA season. At the international level, Quintin was a member of Canada's U21 National Team, named Best Receiver at the 2024 U21 NORCECA Championship, and helped Canada to runner-up finishes at both the NORCECA Championship and NORCECA Final Six with the Next-Gen National Team. Eager to give back to the community he grew up in, Quintin is excited to bring his experience as a high-level athlete to the athletes he works with at AIRTIME. Leadership

Haben Yohannes
Executive Director
Haben is serving as our Executive Director. In this role, he exemplifies the values of AIRTIME—awareness, resilience, and respect—and hopes to support the next generation of athletes in their journey to discover these values for themselves on the court. Haben Yohannes is a former McMaster Men's Varsity Volleyball athlete, where he won three OUA Championships and a U Sports Bronze medal. He is also an Academic All-Canadian. Before his university career, he competed with Venom Volleyball and was selected for Team Ontario Black and Elite programming. Leveraging his extensive volleyball experience, Haben also serves as an AIRTIME coach, specializing in middle blocker and block/defence training. His competitive background and technical expertise create an environment where athletes can develop the specific skills crucial to their positions on the court.

Maxime Gratton
Sports Director
Maxime Gratton is a former student-athlete in the OUA. He combines his elite playing experience with his studies in social psychology to create an effective training environment for youth volleyball players aged 12-18. Maxime develops our curricula and player development programs, and oversees all volleyball operations. Maxime's volleyball career includes selection to Canada's Youth, Junior, and Next Gen National team programs. At the university level, he has contributed to three OUA championships and a USports Bronze medal finish. His individual accolades include 2-time USports First Team All-Star (2024, 2025), OUA First Team All-Star (2023-2024, 2024-2025), OUA Rookie of the Year, and McMaster's Mel & Marilyn Hawkrigg Male Rookie of the Year Award. At AIRTIME Athletics, Maxime is responsible for developing the training environment that differentiates AIRTIME from competitors, integrating sports psychology techniques into technical skill development through age-specific progression frameworks. Maxime is excited to work in the gym and be part of the development of the next generation of athletes, sharing his passion and expertise to help them achieve their full potential both on and off the court. He coaches in all sessions.

For Quinn Levinson, volleyball has always been a significant part of his life, from playing with the McMaster Men's Volleyball team, Youth National Team, and Team Ontario, to coaching at the club level with Mountain Athletic Club, at the collegiate level with Mohawk College, and now with AIRTIME Volleyball. With experience as both a player and a coach, Quinn loves helping athletes build their skills, confidence, and game sense in a positive and competitive environment. Quinn's coaching style is all about respect, connection, and creating an atmosphere where athletes can push themselves while still having fun. By blending strong communication with a passion for coaching, he is excited to help AIRTIME athletes reach their full potential.
